Look what the sun does to your skin!

I shared this link on Facebook but it didn’t generate many views so I think I’ll repeat myself here on this blog.  This link takes you to an art exhibit of faces.  These black and white pictures have been taken in a similar fashion to how a dermatologist takes a photo to show skin damage.  Look at the skin damage in these faces.  Protect your skin from the sun.  Sunscreen is easy to apply and re-apply.  Also, we need to make sure adults are aware of the damage that tanning salons can do with their concentrated ultraviolet radiation.  And, we must keep underage teens out of these salons as the damage is only worse when we are young.  We must not promote the spread of skin cancer and its deadliest form, melanoma. Believe me, you don’t want to go through what I have been through and I am a survivor!

Go to the site and look!  Share it with others.  Maybe it will help someone understand what they are doing to themselves!
